Environmental Site Assessment
The intent of an Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is to
identify potential environmental concerns, prior to the purchase
of property, with the level of effort consistent to the environmental
potential of the site.
At the base level is the Phase I ESA, intended to provide you
with an initial site reconnaissance and screening of potential
environmental concerns associated with current site use.
The Phase II ESA provides additional information concerning
subsurface conditions through sampling and laboratory testing
in areas of known or suspect contamination.
