1. We facilitate the permit process. Most ski areas are on public lands and require an extensive permitting process. Even permitting on private land is no cake walk. But we can get the job done, saving you time...and money.

2. We develop a realistic design. Overdesign is always a concern so we make sure it doesn’t happen. Through concept planning and an understanding of your business, we’ll work with you to develop a design that reflects your needs and budget. Whatever the project—football/baseball/recreational fields, parking areas, tennis courts, slopeside condos...we listen.

3. Our Experience and Reputation. We’ve worked with a lot of ski areas in New Hampshire and Vermont, designed the largest snowmaking pump station in NH at Loon Mountain, hard engineered roads up steep hills, vacation condos and golf courses, designed recreational fields and parking areas.
